On behalf of the Ukrainian proletariat we send you the hottest congratulations on the occasion of the 40-anniversary of re-establishment of Communist party of Philippines on December, 26, 1968.

All these years CPP was devoted and invincible avantguarde of revolutionary struggle of proletariat and all people of Philippines for new democracy and socialism, for the best tomorrow for all oppressed - against imperialism, capitalists, landlords and all reaction. We completely support you in your struggle. Your victories and achievements serves as a beacon of hope and a source of revolutionary optimism and for us, for struggling Ukrainian workers. We try to translate on a regular basis on Russian and Ukrainian languages materials about struggle CPP, including, from «Ang Bayan» and very much frequently we publish them in the printed editions. Interest to these materials is high, to what letters of working active workers from the different ends of Ukraine constantly testify. From the bottom of the heart we wish you new victories, we wish a victory to the Philippine people, victories of revolution. Long live struggle of the Philippine proletariat and people!
