Dear Comrades of the CPP

We would like to express our joy and extend our revolutionary greetings to all the Maoist revolutionary comrades of CPP on the occasion of 35th anniversary of the CPP.

The CPP which was a revolutionary spark of communist movement during the turbulent time of the great debate between revisionism on one hand and Maoist revolutionaries on the other. Indeed the CPP had gone through a furnace of fierce two-line struggle and rectification campaigns in its life.

Despite the onslaught of the imperialists and their lackeys and the suppression by domestic reactionaries, the CPP has been kindling the fire of revolution in the Philippine and has been inspiring the revolutionary movement throughout the world. The Maoist revolutionary movement now has developed by leaps and bounds in many countries, including Peru, India, and Turkey.

Since the People's War was initiated in Nepal under the leadership of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), the People's War has developed, both quantitatively and qualitatively to a different level, reaching strategic equilibrium and preparing for a countrywide seizure of power. In the meantime the CPN(Maoist) has developed the ideological-political premises of MLM by applying it to the conditions of Nepal today, thus developing Prachanda Path which has greatly enriched MLM. The proletarian revolution in the world demands a Maoist international centre of new type, which the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement (RIM) has been serving as an embryonic centre today.

The oppressed peoples throughout the world demand the Maoist revolutionaries to be united and fight imperialism and all kind of reaction to be overthrown. We wish the Maoist revolutionaries will be united in the embryonic centre and acquire qualitatively higher levels of unity and strength.

We, the members of Anti-Imperialist Revolutionary Forum, Nepal, once again salute all the Maoist revolutionaries and wish them victory of the revolution in the Philippines and express our revolutionary solidarity with the people of the Philippines who have been fighting against all kinds of oppression and for the complete emancipation of mankind.
