Dear Comrades,

The Central Committee of the New Communist Party of the Netherlands is sending you congratulations at the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the reestablishment of your party on December 26, 2003.

Both our parties are based on Marxism-Leninism, as an modern scientific ans very useful guid for theoretical and practical work.

Capitalistic crisis is worsening everyday more. This brings new difficulties and new challenges, both in the Netherlands in a specific way and in the Philippines in other, more concrete and dangerous way, confronting the domestic ruling system of big compradors and landlords.

The specific situation in the Philippines makes that we understand the need of the use of armed struggle.

The Central Committee of the NCPN hopes to develope closer contact with the CPP in the next future. We wish you success in your noble tasks for the benefit of the people of the Philippines. We wish you success in your part of our common struggle against imperialism.
