We convey our warmest revolutionary greetings to the Central Committee of Communist Party of Philippine, to you and to the tens of thousands of comrades of the CPP.

As you have informed us that the CPP will celebrate 35th Anniversary of re-establishment on December 26, 2003 under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and Proletarian Internationalism, our Central Committee along with thousands of our Comrades whole heartedly congratulate the bold struggle and advancement of Philippine revolution amidst of complicated daily worsening of the world imperialism and capitalist system and the domestic ruling system.

Comrade, we are very happy to receive such rich and vast experiences in various forms of your party. We will deeply study on those experiences.

We highly appreciate your militant struggle against U.S. Imperialism and against modern revisionism.
