Dear Comrades,

On the joyous and memorable occasion of the 35th anniversary of the reestablishment of the Communist Party of the Philippines the Central Committee of the Workers' Communist Party of Denmark (APK) transmit to you and to all the Party militants our warm revolutionary greetings of solidarity, wishing you further successes on the road of revolution and liberation of the Philippine people.

During these 35 years of unrelenting and uncompromising struggle against imperialism with US imperialism at its head and against the rulers and exploiters of the Philippine people, the various puppets of backwardness and reaction, the CPP has proudly and courageously lifted and carried forward the great banner of revolution and socialism, the high hopes of a brighter future for the people and the nation.

In the revolutionary figure of Comrade José Maria Sison, Founding Chairman of the Communist Party of the Philippines, subjected to the persecution of foreign imperialism and local reaction, we find the embodiment of the high moral and combative qualities of your Party, its spirit of revolutionary optimism and willingness to sacrifice for the sake of the progress of the working class and people.

The Communist Party of the Philippines has during these 35 years of struggle won a highly respected place in the vanguard of the peoples' struggles against the imperialist new world order of so-called globalisation, which is nothing but the very old order of exploitation and oppression, of wars of plunder and colonisation, of domination and enslavement of the peoples.

Our Party is proud to fight shoulder-to-shoulder with the Communist Party of the Philippines, that was refounded in the great struggle against the mortal enemy of revolution, Soviet modern revisionism, in the worldwide front against the rotten and doomed empire of imperialism and reaction, for its final defeat.

On this joyous occasion we extend to you - on behalf of the Danish Marxist-Leninists, revolutionary and anti-imperialist forces - our deep respect, our warm feelings of solidarity.

We express our confidence in the victorious road of revolution and socialism, that your Party has chosen as the only road to the liberation and a brighter future for the Philippine working class and people, congratulating you on the important achievements you have already won, wishing you ever new victories on this road.
