To the delegates to the 35th congres of the Communist Party of the Philippines

Dear comrades

We convey you the revolutionnary greetings of the militants of the WCPF and our best wishes of success for your congres.

First, we want to stress the efforts you display in informing internationally about the situation and the struggles of your people. It is a great help for us to have these direct informations that give the standpoint of the progressive forces about a situation that is not well known here, in France. It helps to feel more in solidarity with the struggles of your people, especially in a moment in which US imperialism develops an aggressive policy against the militant forces in your country.

We are struggling together against imperialism and reaction, in our specific conditions. A large anti imperialist front, a front against US imperialism and its strategy of war, has objectively developped in the last periode. The revolutionary forces have to struggle hard to give a revolutionnary trend to this movement.

We want to salute the courageous people of Philippines and its revolutionary organisations which oppose a firce resistance to US imperialism and its local supporters, namely the actual governement ant the bourgeoisie af your country.

Hail the anti imperialist struggle of the people in the world!
