of the 35th Anniversary of the reestablishment
of the Communist Party of the Philippines

To the Central Committee
of the Communist Party of Philippines

Dear comrades,

As Communist Party of Turkey, salutating the 35th anniversary of your party, we wish you all many more years, full of success in the struggle of equality and freedom. While communists are raising their voices, in order to pave the way of struggle against imperialism and capitalism from Asia to Europe, from Africa to Latin America; them, the forces of tyranny, hypocricy and exploitation are continuing their evil expedition on the innocent peoples of the world, as well as the working masses in their own lands.

We will not, of course, let this demagogy prevail, shouting more and more the real aspects of the imperialism, its economic destructure, military sovereignity, cultural dominance and intention to leave our children without a respectful future. As the communists in our countries, we have been the hope for the liberation for workers and peasants for over a century and a half. We all resisted to the capitalist aggression, sometimes under the name of fascism and sometimes as liberalism. So did your party.

You have been an example how to get the popular support in the struggle against ruling classes.

Given the rise of the imperialist agressivity and injustice in the world politics since the collapse of the Soviet Union, we all know now, that neoliberal politics, despite all its rhetoric on freedom, mean hunger, disorder, unhappiness and war for big masses.

We have much to say, much to do.

We shall overcome.
