On the Occasion
of the 35th Anniversary of the reestablishment
of the Communist Party of the Philippines

MESSAGE OF SOLIDARITY

To: Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP)

Dear Comrades of CPP,

Japan Communist League (JCL) would like to extend our fraternal congratulations to the 35th Anniversary of reestablishment of CPP. We also would like to convey our everlasting red solidarity to your Party with respect to your revolutionary struggle against world imperialist powers and their puppet governments. Filipino people's struggle led by CPP is always encouraging us and people's struggle all over the world.

Currently, U.S. imperialism seems to have a free hand to invade any country that tries to resist the U.S. global hegemony.

However, it is impossible for the U.S. to win any of their any aggressive wars in the end, because people's protracted struggles/wars will never fail to advance, and thus, U.S. war of aggression will be dragged in endless war like the Vietnam war. This coincides with the deepening contradiction among imperialist countries, between imperialist powers and third world, and among others, confrontation between working class and capitalist class are intensifying year by year.

Not only the people's struggle in the third world but anti-war and anti-imperialist movement in imperialist countries such as U.S., E.U., and Japan is advancing. Now we are directly connected with global anti-war struggle including U.S. It is really necessary and important to consolidate solidarity relation among anti-imperialist camp all over the world.

People's movement against imperialist globalization is also expanding even in imperialist countries. We should make much more of this worldwide movement to stop spreading poverty and misery on workers, peasants, and people across the borders. Since imperialist globalization is inevitably brought about by capitalist system itself, more people come to understand that the only way to solve the problems is to abolish the capitalist system and build the communist society. You have been taking great initiative in this historic struggle.

On the occasion of the anniversary celebration we once again would like to salute to all the comrades of CPP.

Long live the Communist Party of the Philippines!
Long live the fraternal relation between CPP and JCL !
