"Oplan Tumba"--another fabrication of the psywar spinners of the Macapagal-Arroyo puppet regime

The delirious puppet government of Macapagal-Arroyo and the psywar creators of the terrorist and mercenary AFP and PNP do not run out of fantastic lies and concoctions for their obsessed and desperate objective to portray the CPP-NPA-NDFP as most evil and thus terrify the people.

The Angelo Reyes-Roilo Golez-Gen. Hermogenes Ebdane gang has come out with quite a long list of supposed targets for liquidation by the NPA. The Gloria Macapagal-Mike Arroyo couple are supposed to be leading the list, followed by some more prominent politicos, government officials, including members of the cabinet, some senators and congressmen.

The psywar spinner of Malaca�an -- Rigoberto Tiglao -- particularly pretends to be brave and tries to make an impression on his masters as well as for himself that his lousy demolition job and gimmicks are effective. He fabricated and disseminated the story that his ex-comrades, to whom he has become a traitor, are now also out to liquidate him. Even our comrades who would apply for amnesty are supposedly also targets for liquidation.

These liquidations are accordingly the implementation of what they themselves concocted and gave name to as "Operation Tumba".

All this is a pure lie. They only want to make it appear that the NPA does nothing but kill and kill. They do this to give credence to their and the US' insistence in putting the "terrorist" tag on the Party and the NPA.

If the NPA is indeed terrorist, it would have been herding the number one thieves in government and tying them together with a ton of explosives. In just a few seconds these plunderers would then be wiped out from the face of the earth. Many of the people will probably celebrate, especially those who have been asking the revolutionary movement why such kind of people in government remain alive.

But definitely the Partido, the NPA and the NDFP cannot do this. Such goes against the principles, laws and rules held by the revolutionary movement.

Even as armed struggle is the main form of struggle by the revolutionary movement, it is not the physical corpora of the ruling classes that would be smashed but their political and economic power. This, except in the case of a few who have heavy blood debts with the revolutionary movement and people, and who would have to pay for them after a thorough, fair and just process of trial by a people's court.

In general, it is only necessary to remove the conditons for the ruling class to be able to continue effectively ruling over and exploiting the people. In the meantime, for as long as the reactionary political and state power of the ruling class continues to hold sway, the revolutionary movement will actively defend itself and launch revolutionary counter-attacks against counter-revolutionary attacks. ###
