April 25, 2005. Murder of former Bicol Coconut Planters Association, Inc. chairperson Delio "Ka Yoyoy" Apolinar in Pamplona, Camarines Sur.

April 24, 2005. Illegal arrest and detention of 12 farmers in Sitio Sulucan, Barangay Balaong, San Miguel, Bulacan by First Scout Ranger Regiment troops; with one detainee missing to date.

April 16, 2005. Beginning of several aerial bombing sessions against Barangay Catarman, Calbayog City and Pambujan in Northern Samar by Philippine Air Force choppers.

April 15, 2005. Murder of Alfredo Davis, Bayan Muna supporter, and wounding of his wife, after being shot at several times by armed men on motorcycle in Barangay San Vicente, Mahaplag, Leyte.

April 13, 2005. Murder of Edwin Bagramento, Regional Executive Committee member and district organizer of the National Federation of Sugar Workers, by members of the Revolutionary Proletarian Army - Alex Boncayao Brigade at Hacienda Ginhulayan, Barangay Tortosa, Manapla town. .

April 09, 2005. Murder of Eastern Samar Bayan Muna provincial coordinator Boy Ambidia by unidentified gunmen in Borongan, Eastern Samar as the victim drove his tricycle Saturday noon.
