Col.Inosencio Pasaporte of the 303rd Bde PA is lying when he said that the NPA is extorting P2,000 each from poor beneficiaries of the Social Amelioration Program in Negros.

Col. Pasaporte and the AFP were desperately making up stories to hide the fact that they have been incurring one fatal setback after another in their focused and sustained operations against the NPA. They are also out to discredit the NPA’s efforts in providing medical and production services to beleaguered communities in the countryside amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Col. Pasaporte only exposes his and the 303rd Bde’s utterly antipeople and fascist thrust of prioritizing extensive military attacks in Central Negros and elsewhere in the Island over the more urgent need of helping the people withstand the effects of the pandemic on their health and livelihood.

Pasaporte only wants to get the people’s sympathy away from the NPA. He is on a mission in fact to discredit the NPA’s efforts in providing medical and production services to beleaguered communities in the countryside amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

But the masses know better and cherish the NPA for its selfless revolutionary endeavors for the exploited and the oppressed. Through their struggle against despotic landlords and state fascism, they have long realized in practice the adage that “the masses have nothing without its people’s army.

Meanwhile, the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) are openly reactionary, mercenary and fascist but serves as “tiger paper” machinery of ruling classes of reactionary, inutile, corrupt, negligent and tyrannical US-Duterte regime. ###
