Following the baseless declarations of the 303rd IBde, led by BGen Orlando Edralin, that the guerrilla fronts in Negros are only composed of five to seven members, the war criminals once again spread deceitful propaganda to the public. According to them, the “remaining members” of the New People’s Army (NPA) are already in low morale due to the numerous former members applying for the amnesty program and the absence of tactical offensives launched by the NPA within this year. This has been refuted by several spokespersons coming from different guerrilla fronts and was further disproved by the AFP’s own actions.

“Every word that comes from the mouth of these butchers are mere hollow brags. The revolutionary movement is light years away from being dismantled. In fact, our guerilla fighters are all over our respective areas, carrying out the three integral tasks for the establishment of the people’s government,” Kanor Alpeche, deputy spokesperson of Leonardo Panaligan Command-NPA, said in a statement.

He added that the claims of 303rd IBde are no longer new to the ears of the comrades as well as to the Negrosanons. However, despite hearing it a lot of times, the masses didn’t believe in the AFP’s black propaganda because they have seen the truth with their own eyes.

Militarization in Central Negros persists as the enemy enforces several large columns in the area to monitor the masses and prevent them from interacting with their genuine soldiers, the NPA, who protect and forward their interests. The merciless AFP even resorted to martial law tactics to get information on the whereabouts of the NPA. This contradicts the pronouncement of the fascists that the morale of the NPA is already weakening, resulting to its nearing defeat.

“If it’s true, then why would Marcos Jr allocate an unreasonable copious amount of money for their anti-insurgency campaign? Why would he order his puppets such as the 303rd IBde to show force in numbers in areas they identified as under the status of Stable Internal Peace and Security?” He rebutted.

Just this week, the NTF-Elcac asked for ₱1.07 billion in the guise of implementing 238 projects under the Local Government Support to Barangay Development Program which the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) provided.

The growing desperation of this bloodthirsty institution, AFP, further manifested when they paraded the “surrenderees” who had fallen victim to their amnesty program. They became a laughing stock for their expertise in 3Rs:reducing their so-called “integrity”, reusing futile draconian tactics, and recycling weapons and individuals who are under their corruption-laden Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).

Meanwhile, the Negrosanons embrace the revolutionaries for truly serving the people through the people’s democratic government in the countryside.

“Our triumph is already decided by the masses. As long as the country remains semi-feudal and semi-colonial, the Filipino people will hope for genuine social change. The Filipino people will push for a national democratic revolution and construct a socialist society in the future,” ended Alpeche.
