Around 5:00 PM yesterday, March 4, a special operations unit of Roselyn Jean Pelle Command-New People’s Army (RJPC­-NPA) carried out a punitive action against Buboy Carsona in Sitio Cagayon 1, Barangay Paitan, Escalante City, Negros Occidental. This was implemented based on the decision of the people’s revolutionary court that has proven him guilty of murder of Martino Fuentes Jr last 2024.

Fuentes was stabbed in the stomach which caused his death.

On that same year, Carsona was held in detention by the police for the said crime, but was later on released through simply stating that Fuentes, whom he killed, was a Red fighter of the NPA.

This action has demonstrated fair and swift justice demanded by the masses, in stark contrast to the corrupt and so called “blind-eyed” judiciary system of the reactionary state.
