Tulad ng asong nag-uulol si PNP Chief Guillermo Eleazar sa pag-atas ng sunud-sunod na mga direktibang walang ibang layunin kundi higit pang maghasik ng teror sa mamamayan. Kamakailan lang ay iniutos niya ang crackdown laban sa mga armadong grupo. Tanda ito ng umiigting na kampanyang kontra-insurhensya ng PNP sa ilalim ng joint AFP-PNP Joint Campain Plan Kapanatagan at NTF-ELCAC.
PNP Chief Guillermo Eleazar is like a rabid dog with his consecutive issuance of directives which has no other objective but to intensify the sowing of terror amongst the people. Lately, he ordered a crackdown against armed groups. This signifies the intensification of PNP’s anti-insurgency campaign under the joint AFP-PNP Campain Plan Kapanatagan and NTF-ELCAC.
