Truckloads of military forces from the 730th Combat Group of the Philippine Air Force (PAF), the 401st Moble group of the Philippine National Police and the Sentinel Security group of the Manila South Coast Development Corporation enter Hacienda Looc, marking the peak so far of a series of terrorizing by the said troops against the hacienda farmers.

January 09, 2005. Strafing of five (5) Ata-Manobo in Sitio Kalabirahan, Brgy. Naboc, Monkayo, Compostela Valley; a 17-year-old victim was shot and killed at close range.

January 08, 2005. Len Espinosa, manila Times correspondent and NUSP-Tarlac secretary general and Paul Gonzales, publisher and editor of Tarlac's Headline News, both received death threats a day after they asked for the names of police officers in Camp Macabulos who were relieved from their post after the Hacienda Luisita massacre.

January 07, 2005. Several Moros are arrested from their homes in Manila by the PNP who alleged that the victims were terrorists who planned to bomb the procession on Quiapo day.

January 00, 2005. Several farmers' houses were taken over by 55th Special Forces troops in Barangay Trinidad, Guihulngan; the village was turned into a military garrison and farmers were barred rom going to their farms and were forced to cook and run errands for the troopers..

January 00, 2005. 11-yr-olld Noli Senoron was threatened at gunpoint to be circumsied if he didn't name Bayan Muna members in their community and divulge where the NPA was hiding.

January 00, 2005. Relentless military operations by the 502nd Infantry Brigade in the towns of Jones, San Guillermo, Echague at San Mariano, Isabela, wherein armoured personnel carriers, bomber planes, helicopter gunships, mortars and other high power firearms are used in vengeance against the NPA. Residents were accused of hiding women fighters and the troops forced a child to serve as a guide during their operation. Worst, they planted land mines aroung the area where fighting ensued between them and the NPA, endangering the lives of helpless civilians..

January 00, 2005. Anakbayan members Alberto Canedo and Jun Rey Reducto, were killed by bicycle-riding vigilantes.

January 05, 2005. Jorge Loveland, 32, and Ernesto Ramos, 50, both among the striking workers of Hacienda Luisita, Tarlac City, were shot by unidentified armed men at 10pm.

December 25, 2004. Teofilo Laguada was shot by Leviboy Edul who is believed to be a military asset in Kalabat, Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur.

December 20, 2004. Bacolod city, the 11th IB�s Charlie Company led by 1Lt. Van Kristoffer Sumbeling and 2nd Lt. Chester Barela conducted illegal searches on the house of sugarworker Enriquito Bolhano and other villagers, divestment of their possessions, killing of cow, and "terrorizing the people in the area".

December 20, 2004. Bacolod City, the same two platoons of the 11th IB�s Charlie Company raided an NPA base in Hacienda Emma, Barangay (village) Camang-camang. The skirmish, which killed Emman Suerte and Miller Sabio, took place barely five days after the government declared a unilateral ceasefire.

December 16, 2004. In violation of its own ceasefire declaration, 5th Scout Ranger troops launched operations inside an NPA area in Sitio Palompon, San Isidro, Marihatag, Surigao del Sur.

December 16, 2001. From this day until the 18th of December, 30th IB, 58th IB and 23rd IB launched war games in Simbalan, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte despite the reactionary government's unilateral ceasefire declaration. In San Luis, Agusan del Sur, troops under Col. Macanas forcibly occupied the barrio despite the people's protests and clamour for them to leave.

December 10, 2004. An unidentified gunman strafed a group of demonstrators commemorating Human Rights Day in Daet town, Camarines Norte province. One was killed and four others, including 2 children, were wounded.

December 07, 2004. Grave threats and harassment of fact finding mission team; hamletting and food blockade in Barangay Candiis, Laak, Compostella Valley by 60th IB elements.

December 07, 2004. The NUSP documented numerous cases of surveillance, harassment and red-baiting by government agents directed against students. In the report, a student admitted that he works for the military intelligence to spy on activists and work with school administrations to prevent militants from winning in student council elections.

December 08, 2004. Marcelino Beltran, 53, chairperson of the Alyansa ng Magbubukid sa Tarlac (Peasant Alliance in Tarlac), a key witness in the Senate and House investigations on the Nov. 16 Hacienda Luisita Massacre, was salvaged just outside his home in San Sotero, Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac, by miltary men as identified by the victim himself hours before he died.

December 04, 2004. At dawn, five heavily armed men in military uniform, and another in civilian clothes strafed a house in Calabat, Zamboanga del Sur killing former NPA couple Eleazar and Concepcion Munsalod and 10-year old son Dodong Charlie.

November 26, 2004. 4th Scout Ranger Company-2nd Scout Ranger Battallion and the 60th Infantry Battalion, under the 404th Brigade of the Philippine Army commit facist and human rights atrocities in Southern Mindanao.

November 27, 2004. Forced surrender of five banana plantation workers in Brgy. Osmena, Compostela and 1 Barangay Health Worker who were falsely accused of being NPA members.
