Nagapanawagan kami sa pumuluyong Pilipino kag sa tanan nga rebolusyonaryong pwersa nga ibayaw ang ila nga mga kuom nga kamot kag pasidunggan ang 19 nga martir sang Dolores, mga Pulang hangaway sang Bagong Hukbong Bayan (BHB) nga napatay sa pagpamomba halin sa kahanginan nga ginhimo sang suportado-sang-US nga pasistang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) sang Agosto 16 sa Barangay Osmeña, banwa sang Dolores, Eastern Samar.

Si Ka Parts isa ka maayo nga hangaway sang BHB kag rebolusyonaryo nga mamumugon pangkultura, isa ka pintor kag dibuhista. Samtang nagatungod sa armadong paghimakas, aktibo man siya nga nagpasakup sa patag sang rebolusyong pangkultura. Siling niya, ginpili niya ang ngalan nga “Parts” nga ginpalip-ot sang Pulang Artista ng Samabayan (Pulang Artista sang Pumuluyo).
Ka Parts was an exemplary fighter of the NPA and a revolutionary cultural worker, a painter and illustrator. While focused on armed struggle, he also actively participated in the field of cultural revolution. He said that he chose the name “Parts” derived from the contraction of “Pulang Artista ng Sambayanan” or Red Artist of the People.
Si Ka Parts ay isang mahusay na mandirigma ng BHB at rebolusyonaryong manggagawang pangkultura, isang pintor at dibuhista. Habang nakatuon sa armadong pakikibaka, aktibo rin siyang lumahok sa larangan ng rebolusyong pangkultura. Aniya, pinili niya ang pangalang “Parts” na pagpapaiksi ng Pulang Artista ng Sambayanan.

Matud niya, gipili niya ang dagnay nga “Parts” nga pinamubos sa Pulang Artista ng Sambayanan.
