Ang panawagan ng mga magsasaka ay mapalayas ang mga gahamang panginoong may lupa at iba pang mga dayuhang mamumuhunang dumarambong sa likas na yaman ng Masbate. Ang panawagan nila ay matapos na ang walang tigil na karahasan at terorismo na ihinahasik ng mga mersenaryong hukbo ng estado. Ang interes ng mga kapitalista, burukrata at imperyalista ay katumbas ng tiyak na kamatayan para sa mga Masbatenyo – kamatayan mula sa kagutuman at kamatayan mula sa dulo ng mga armas ng mga berdugong nagtatanggol sa mapagsamantalang paghaharing ito.
