Hinahamon ng NDF-Bikol ang mga kinatawan ng kongreso at senado na kagyat na bigyan-pansin at imbestigahan ang humahabang listahan ng pamamaslang at lumalalang mga kaso ng terorismo sa rehiyon na kinasasangkutan ng mga elemento ng PNP-Region V sa ilalim ng programa nitong Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO). Umabot na sa 26 sibilyan ang napaslang sa SACLEO mula 2020 hanggang Agosto 2021.
The NDF-Bikol challenges all representatives of congress and the senate to immediately give attention and investigate the growing list of killings and the worsening cases of terrorism in the region involving elements of PNP-Region V under its program Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO). The death toll under SACLEO has reached up to 26 victims from 2020 to August 2021.
In fact, Duterte loathes the Bicolano people. If he has any sort of love, it is of a puppet dictator’s obsession for power and violence.

Ngayong buwan ng Pambansang Araw ng Kabataan, taas-kamaong nagpupugay ang Kabataang Makabayan – KM Bikol sa lahat ng kabataang Pilipino nangangahas lumaban at naninindigan para sa kapakanan ng sambayanan. Sa kasaysayan ng pakikibaka ng mamamayang Pilipino, malaki ang ambag ng kabataan sa pagsusulong ng pagbabago at pagtatagumpay ng mga rebolusyon.
Malugod na nakikiisa ang NDF-Bikol sa paggunita sa Pandaigdigang Araw ng Internasyunal na Makataong Batas ngayong Agosto 12. Bilang isang entidad na may pantay na pampulitikang katayuan sa GRP, may sariling teritoryong saklaw, may pinaiiral na mga batas at may sariling hukbo, kinatawan ng CPP ang NDFP pagpirma sa nasabing batas bilang tagapagtaguyod ng Protocol I at II ng Geneva Conventions
NDF-Bikol wholeheartedly joins in the commemoration of the International Day of International Humanitarian Law on August 12. As a belligerent entity to the GRP, with its own territory, political power and constitution and law as well as its own army, the NDFP represented the CPP as a signatory of the said law as an adherent of Protocols I and II of the Geneva Conventions.
