NDF-Bikol and the whole revolutionary movement in Bikol today, expressed its unity in commemorating the Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism.
Nagpahayag ngayon ang NDF-Bikol at ang buong rebolusyonaryong kilusan sa Kabikulan ng kanilang pakikiiisa sa paggunita sa Araw ng Pag-aalala sa mga Biktima ng Terorismo.
Hindi nakapagtatakang makakita ng multo ng paglaban ang mga mamamatay-taong pulis at militar sa bawat sulok ng lipunan. Alam nilang bigo at mananatili silang bigo sa pagpigil sa makatwirang digma ng mamamayan. Hanggat nananatili ang pang-aapi at pagsasamantala, mayroong lalaban para sa tunay na pagbabago.

Duterte transformed the country into a society of beggars. It is not surprising for the murderer police and military to be haunted by the spectre of struggle in every corner of society. They are aware of their failure and that they will remain a failure in suppressing the people’s just war. As long as repression and exploitation remains, there will always be someone who will struggle for genuine change.
