We salute the Red commanders and Red fighters of the New People’s Army (NPA). The executioner US-Duterte/AFP/PNP failed to destroy the NPA in NEMR and the entire nation. Since dictator Marcos, Philippine presidents have been wanting to annihilate the NPA and the people’s revolutionary movement. Like the executioner Duterte, Philippine presidents failed to realize their ambitions.

The NPA has entrenched in the oppressed and exploited masses for 52 years. The NPA and the struggling masses went through advances and temporary setbacks in the various attacks of every president who sat in power. The temporary setbacks were crossed and surmounted, thus we reached 52 years in our armed struggle.

The reactionaries and the enemy say that 52 years have passed yet we still have not won, but for 52 years the seven past Philippine presidents failed to annihilate us, Marcos and Cory died – the NPA continue to persist to advance under the absolute leadership of the CPP. Let us create limitless initiatives to achieve total victory of the PDR, until the next stage – Socialist Revolution.
