CPA (M-L) extends comradely greetings to the Communist Party of the Philippines

Warm congratulations on the occasion of the 56th anniversary of the founding of Communist Party of the Philippines, 26 December. The Communist Party of the Philippines is the leading force in the struggles of the Filipino working people against semi-feudalism, semi-colonialism, bureaucrat capitalism, imperialist domination and the violent puppet Marcus government.

The Filipino people’s daily struggles against exploitation and political repression, and against imperialist domination come together in the powerful united front formed under the revolutionary leadership of the Communist Party of the Philippines and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines. This revolutionary leadership is bringing together all sectors of society, workers, peasants, indigenous, educational and health professionals, with a revolutionary vision of land reform, national sovereignty, and socialism.
Whether in the countryside or the cities or in the villages, the Filipino people’s protracted struggle is always fierce. We honour the hundreds of martyrs, the disappeared, the prisoners, and the suffering families and communities of fallen comrades.

We hail the victories of the heroic New People’s Army.

We acknowledge the key role of the great Marxist-Leninist, Joma Sison, in leading and guiding the Philippines revolutionary movement. Steeled in long and bitter struggle and armed with a correct ideological and political line, we are confident that the Filipino people under the leadership of CPP will continue to win further victories leading to the success of the revolution.

Australia is also a Pacific country dominated by imperialism, mainly US imperialism, the core of the capitalist ruling class in Australia. US imperialism is exploiting and suppressing the Australian people economically, politically and militarily and continues the oppressive colonisation of Australia’s First People.

The US led imperialist AUKUS pact and US-Australia military alliance is dragging Australia into US imperialist wars and now is threatening an imperialist war with China. The US and its puppet Australian governments are turning Australia into a major US military base in preparations for war with China. The Australian people are resisting the US led march to war and are building anti-war alliances with the people of Asia-Pacific. Neither the Australian people nor the people of the Philippines want war.

The comradeship between our parties embraces our people’s struggle against imperialism, rejection of imperialist war and building an anti-imperialist united front.

Celebrate 56 years of the Filipino People’s Democratic Revolution!

We, the Friends of the Filipino People in Struggle (FFPS), congratulate the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), the entire revolutionary movement and the Filipino people on the 56th anniversary of the CPP’s re-establishment.

The importance of the CPP’s proletarian leadership in the history and future of the Philippine revolution cannot be overstated. As the party continues to grow and recruit amongst all democratic classes, the thousands of cadres of the communist party are deeply rooted amongst the masses and their revolutionary mass organizations, dutifully fulfill their tasks and carry many responsibilities as leaders of the revolution. Through their revolutionary practice, the CPP has proved the correctness of its political analysis of Philippine society and of its political line of people’s democratic revolution with a socialist perspective as the only solution to the deeply rooted problems plaguing the Filipino people.

The theory and practice of the Philippine revolution serve as a source of inspiration to the oppressed peoples of the world. In this regard, the CPP holds high the torch of socialist revolution and proletarian internationalism. Its continued strength and every success of the Philippine revolution deal significant blows to US imperialism and strengthen revolutionary aspirations and struggles worldwide.

As the CPP, the entire revolutionary movement and the Filipino people bravely continue and advance their revolution, we will continue to support their struggle.

We call on all internationalist, anti-imperialist and progressive people of the world to study and support the Philippine revolution! A great way to do this is to join and participate in the activities of FFPS.

Message of the “Serve the People” (Vietnam)

To the Communist Party of the Philippines,
To the New People’s Army.
To the National Democratic Front of the Philippines,

Dear comrades,

In commemoration of the 56th anniversary of the foundation of the Communist Party of the Philippines, under proletarian internationalist spirit, we warmly send our revolutionary greeting to the Party, the Army and the people of the Philippines.

The Communist Party of the Philippines has a great revolutionary tradition. Under the light of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and its application to the Philippine revolutionary concrete headed by comrade Jose Maria Sison, the Philippine people has carried out a great national democratic revolution against the bureaucratic-capitalist regime represented by country-selling traitor Marcos, U.S imperialism and Chinese social-imperialism. Your revolutionary struggle is a great example of the oppressed proletariats and peoples all over the world.

In Vietnam, since the death of the top capitalist-roader Nguyen Phu Trong in July, the revisionist renegade clique has furtherly expressed the oppression and exploitation to defend its bureaucratic-capitalist regime. They have suppressed the freedom of speech of the masses, arrested peasant leaders and Palestine solidarity activists, promoted the co-operation with U.S imperialism, Chinese social-imperialism and reactionaries all over the world. They are nothing but betrayers of socialism and communism. Our immediate task is carrying out the struggle for the reconstitution of the Communist Party of Vietnam, intiating the People’s War for the people’s democratic dictatorship, smashing the revisionist bureaucratic-capitalist regime.

Let us rise higher the great banner of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!

Statement on the 56th Anniversary of the Communist Party of the Philippines and the 60th Anniversary of Kabataan Makabayan

Anti-Imperialist Action Ireland sends comradely greetings to the Communist Party of the Philippines and all other revolutionary organisations within the National Democratic Front of the Philippines on the occasion of the CPP’s 56th anniversary. We also send our congratulations to Kabataan Makabayan for reaching their 60th anniversary at the end of last month. Socialist Republicans in Ireland hail these two milestones in the Filipino National Democratic revolution as standing testimonies to the resilience of the People’s War and anti-imperialist mass movement in their country.

In the CPP Central Committee’s excellent anniversary statement, “Strengthen utmost the Party on its 56th anniversary! Lead the people’s struggles against the US-Marcos regime and advance the revolution!”, the Party reported on its progress in the ongoing Rectification Movement guided by the theoretical writings of the late Prof. Jose Maria Sison. Members were called on to strengthen the Party’s committee system, political consciousness, and discipline. Tendencies such as economism, reformism, and subjectivism are being repudiated in an internal campaign of study and self-criticism.

During the National Democratic Front of the Philippines’ 3rd International Theoretical Conference on National Liberation, the delegate from Anti-Imperialist Action Ireland was able to learn much about the origins of Kabataan Makabayan and the early history of the National Democratic movement. Republicans are impressed by the incredible ability of the Filipino revolutionaries to stay by their principles, seriously study and rectify their movement, and ward off opportunism. The Irish Republican movement, still rebuilding from the blows, both physical and ideological, dealt by the counter-revolutionary surrender of 1998, has much to take from.

The CPP has been an able and steadfast leader of the Filipino Revolution for 56 years, tracing its roots back to the original organisation of Kabataan Makabayan in the First Rectification. Young Filipinos are the backbone of one of the most advanced struggles against imperialism on the planet. Irish Republicans, drawing from nearly 50 years of solidarity with the National Democratic movement, salute the members of the CPP and KM and their mission to sweep away the US and Crown Forces-backed Marcos regime in the heroic Filipino People’s War waged by the New People’s Army. We wish them well in their celebrations.

Dear Comrades,

On the auspicious occasion of the 56th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of the Philippines on December 26, we send you militant revolutionary greetings of the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist) and all its members, supporters and friends.

The historic founding of the CPP 56 years ago by Comrade Jose Maria Sison guaranteed that the Filipino people would have their revolutionary vanguard party to achieve total emancipation of their 7,600-island nation from the yoke of U.S. imperialism and the exploitation and plunder of its human and natural resources by foreign interests, including Canada. In these last 56 years the CPP has achieved many historic successes through the heroic and enormous sacrifices of its fighters in the New People’s Army as well as through skillful efforts of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines to rally the Filipino people to the cause of the liberation of the Philippines.

Today under the leadership and inspiration of the CPP, the anti-war forces of the Philippines are an indispensable bulwark against U.S. imperialist provocations and aggression to dominate the Asia-Pacific region in the name of freedom and democracy. The Filipino people are under no illusions about this and they have risen up as one against U.S. and big power rivalry in the Asia-Pacific, which pose a grave danger to peace in the region and the world.

On this occasion we pay tribute to Comrade Jose Maria Sison, heroic son of the Philippines who left us two years ago. His historic legacy and immortal contributions to the Filipino people and to the international communist and revolutionary movement find expression today in the CPP’s intensified all-sided campaign against the U.S. and all foreign domination of the Philippines, and efforts to strengthen the international communist and revolutionary movement.

On this occasion we highlight and cherish the joint activities with our Filipino comrades and friends here in Canada, with whom we share weal and woe. The Filipino contingent of the Canadian working class makes an indelible contribution to the fight in this country for the rights of all. Their hard work, courage and conviction are admired by one and all.
