The NPA in Panay has grown much stronger because of the ever deepening, widening and more cherished support by the masses to the only Army that lives for them. So long as the NPA in Panay stands, it will continue to gather hundreds of thousands of supporters in the cities and countrysides.

The people especially the peasant masses are confident that the NPA is here to promote their welfare and defend their gains achieved thru their collective and organized struggles. Most of all the people trust their army to be able to defeat the mercenary and lapdog AFP, PNP, CAFGU and RPA-ABB who serve the brutal, traitorous and corrupt US-Duterte regime and the other ruling classes.

Fists high to NPA-Panay for launching more successful tactical offensives and for inflicting more casualties to the fascist troops this year. We also extend warm welcome to the peasant youth, students and young women who willingly and consciously joined the NPA in order to fully serve the people.

The 3rd ID brag that it will defeat the NPA in Panay by March 2020 is all empty talk. NPA commanders and fighters heartily have their weapons at their grasp enjoying deep support from the masses.

NDF-Panay supports the Partyís call for unilateral ceasefire in response to the United Nations Secretary Generalís call for global ceasefire for the common goal of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. This would give the NDFP and its revolutionary organizations more opportunity to reach out to the most number of people especially the impoverished on how thru collective efforts we could effectively fight the virus.

Duterte’s crimes against the people are fast piling up. He has been inutile, laidback, bungling and criminally neglectful in handling crises such as COVID-19, the eruption of Taal Volcano, Typhoon Ursula and other calamities. To all his failures, his solution has been militarist. The sharp economic and political crisis in the country as a result of an erroneous solution to the COVID-19 epidemic, sooner or later will erupt into discontent, distrust, condemnation and the people rising up against the militarist rule of the fascist regime.

People of Panay, together let us bravely fight COVID-19 and more bravely go against the militarist impositions of the traitor, brutal and corrupt Duterte regime! Exact him of his crimes and failures and oust fascist rule!
