The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) joins the people of Palestine and all democratic forces around the world in condemning the Zionist government of Israel and its armed occupying forces for the heinous massacre of 112 Palestinians in Northern Gaza last March 1.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are utterly despicable for raining bullets on hundreds of Palestinians who were desperately waiting for flour carried by a humanitarian convoy of the United Nations.

The massacre has further enraged the Palestinian people and peoples around the world. They demand an immediate stop to the US-supported genocidal attacks of Israel against the Palestinians in Gaza.

The CPP furthermore condemns the Biden government for attempting to wash its hands of Palestinian blood with its false humanitarian act of dropping food packs using their C-130 military cargo planes yesterday. This false and hypocritical show cannot overshadow how the US, and other imperialist powers, continue to support the war crimes perpetrated by the Zionist Israeli government in Gaza, which has now resulted in more than 30,000 deaths.

The Party and the Filipino people will never waver in their support for the Palestinian people’s struggle for national liberation. The blood being spilt in Gaza will forever nurture and strengthen the Palestinian people’s resistance and its ultimate victory.
