The National Democratic Front (NDF)-Rizal welcomed the opening of 2025 by militantly hanging streamers and posters to mark the 56th anniversary of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) on December 26, 2024.

Kabataang Makabayan-Rizal successfully led the campaign in partnership with NDF-Rizal to adorn various parts of the province with revolutionary calls. This included colorful and eye-catching streamers in the city center of Antipolo City, describing the CPP as “Undefeatable! Long Live the 56th Anniversary of the CPP!” in the face of the deadline set by the US-Marcos II regime, AFP-PNP, and National Task Force-Elca to crush and end the CPP-NPA-NDF last year.

In addition to the streamers, stickers bombing was also carried out, featuring various slogans promoting the CPP-NPA-NDF, calls for the youth and people to join the people’s army, demanding justice for all revolutionary martyrs, describing the 80th IB as butchers, terrorists, and murderers, and stating that “People’s War is the Answer to Poverty.” They also distributed copies of the pamphlet “Ten Reasons Why the People Love the NPA,” published by NPA-Southern Tagalog last year.

The campaign proved and conveyed to the people of Rizal that the democratic people’s revolution led by the CPP-NPA-NDF will never be defeated. The revolutionary movement has always sided with the people of Rizal in the struggle to achieve the national democratic interests of the oppressed class.

NDF-Rizal spokesperson Ka Armando “Arms” Guerrero said “As long as the revolutionary aspirations of the Party and the people remain rooted in the tens of thousands of the province’s exploited basic masses, it will never be defeated. This will only strengthen with the people’s support as we firmly adhere to the rectification movement.”
