On Tuesday, March 11 at about 8:40 am, a unit of Roselyn Jean Pelle Command-New People’s Army (RJPC-NPA) successfully carried out a punitive action against a notorious intelligence asset of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and local robbery group leader in Sitio Tinawgan, Barangay Consing, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.

Efren Solinap, aka “Dacol” wa meted revolutionary justice for the capital offense of espionage and robbery-slay in which he was convicted after fair and impartial judicial proceedings by competent branch of the People’s Court.
Aside from this, his punishment has long been demanded by the masses in area who bear the brunt of his anti-people activities.

He was given enough time, several years at that, to mend his crooked ways. But to the end he remained an out-and-out counter-revolutionary and criminal.

As active spy and participant in the AFP’s dirty war, Solenap served as guide in military operations, coordinated with local intelligence networks of the AFP, red-tagged, harassed and surveilled civilians on mere suspicion of links with the revolutionary movement.

As the leader of robbery band, Solinap was involved in scores of hold up-slay spanning years. The most recent is the the robbery and cold-blooded murder of a lending agency collector.

The punishment of Solinap is clear and firm reminder to those who intend to bring harm to the well-being of the people that they will be held accountable.

Thus, RJPC-NPA calls on all intelligence assets of the AFP and anti-social peddlers in E.B. Magalona and adjacent areas to surrender to the nearest NPA unit before the long arm of revolutionary justice caught on them wherever they are.
