The group Salinlahi strongly condemned Zionist Israel for committing genocide in Palestine which is causing unparalleled suffering for the children in Gaza. The group condemned US and the United Kingdom for supporting this genocide in the form of weapons, troops, and funds.

Overwhelming evidence shows the crimes against humanity committed by Israeli soldiers branded as the Israel Occupation Force or IOF. They are directly responsible for killing, disabling, and starving the children. Doctors in Gaza said these soldiers systematically kill children. Soldiers also reportedly target their heads and chests. Recently, three children died when air-dropped aid fell on Palestinian temporary shelters. Almost 41,000 children are nearly dying and 117 died from malnutrition. The current events in Gaza have been called the “most brutal genocide” in human history. No safe space exists for children in Palestine.

Aid is also systematically withheld, while settlers are protected as they block and destroy supplies intended for Palestinians who suffer from severe hunger. Even children risk their lives to reach the deadly Gaza Humanitarian Foundation distribution sites to obtain food for their families. Many children are complete orphans, left alone to care for their younger siblings.

IOF soldiers even boastfully post selfies on social media while bombing civilians, hospitals, and homes, and while harassing, looting, and destroying Palestinian houses.

“Salinlahi steadfastly stands in solidarity with the Palestinian people and recognizes that the struggle of Palestinian children is inseparable from the struggle of Filipino children. We call for the immediate stop to the genocide, the continuous entry of aid, the return of land to the Palestinian people, and accountability for all criminals responsible for these heinous crimes,” Salinlahi declared.
