The Rachel Mae Palang Command-New People’s Army (RMPC-NPA) vehemently condemns the massacre in Pamplona, Negros Oriental that has claimed lives and injured the innocent. This is clearly a terroristic act of the ruling class, a result of their political rivalry in the province.

Their armed goons—mostly from the military and police—act as hitmen, ignoring the civilian constituents they should supposedly serve to protect the interests of their warlord masters. This rash action only proves that the national democratic revolution through the protracted people’s war is just and necessary, to end the needless violence perpetrated by the elite.
