Roselyn Jean Pelle Command-New People’s Army (RJPC-NPA) calls out #DiMasaligan79IB for spreading malicious propaganda and committing another wave of human rights violations especially against children.

The claim released by #DiMasaligan79IB today that the military with the 1st NOCPMFC of the PNP were able to capture two members of the NPA at Barangay Pinowayan, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental is utterly false.

As stated in the rules of the NPA and in International Humanitarian Law, the RJPC-NPA strictly does not accept minors as Red fighters.

All Red fighters under the RJPC-NPA are accounted for. Thus, it is improbable that a Red fighter was captured.

The most deceitful claim is that the RJPC-NPA is dismantled and only remnants are left.

The RJPC-NPA along with the other four guerrilla fronts on the island continue to carry out the revolutionary tasks to advance the people’s war.
