The Bikolano masses rejoice over the recent series of successful tactical offensives by NPA commands in the region as opening salvo for newly-installed Marcos II regime. Romulo Jallores Command NPA-Bikol congratulates Celso Minguez Command NPA-Sorsogon, Santos Binamera Command NPA-Albay and Jose Rapsing Command NPA-Masbate for their continued determination to meet AFP-PNP-CAFGU’s vilest attacks with unrelenting tactical offensives in their areas of operation. More than the casualties incurred by the fascist army, the NPA won political victories in launching these actions punishing the fascists for their crimes against Bikolano masses.

This is proof of the people’s resolute struggle even after the tyrant Duterte’s grueling six years. Contrary to what they expect, the spirit of uprising and correctness of armed revolution only grew stronger in the hearts of Bikolanos. These offensives and the next ones NPA in Bikol will launch testify how they fulfill the rallying call “Never Again to Martial Law!” For the Red fighters, the people’s war must all the more be fostered in the wake of festering societal crises.

With the dictator’s son taking the seat of power, the masses must expect and brace themselves against the certainty of the deterioration of human rights and the decline of their livelihoods. With this regime’s historical distortion, the people are forced to forget the lessons of their struggle. If given the chance, it will allow for a more abhorrent type of state terrorism to claw its way in.

RJC NPA-Bikol calls on the people to continue cherishing the genuine army of the small and exploited – the New People’s Army. The NPA and the masses have weathered innumerable storms together. This class unity must be strengthened. Advance the people’s democratic revolution towards a higher stage until complete victory is attained.
